I didn't have to wait very long to get in to see Dr. South. The assistant explained clearly what I needed to do before seeing the doctor. The doctor came in within about 5-6 minutes later. She was very pleasant with me and questioned me in detail about my symptom, then did her exam very professionally. She then referred me to see a specialist. And then I was on my way. I was very pleased with the whole appointment.

I was taken promptly; the doctor came in in less than 5 minutes; she was concerned and attentive; I was back in my car in 30 minutes. Doesn’t get any better than that!

My experience was very good, with positive conversations with everyone. Dr. South was very clear in what procedures she was doing and what the follow up will be. The hand outs are informative and saves a lot of time for future explanations. This is now Friday evening, September 1st. When I went to Sand Run Pharmacy to make a purchase, I was informed that a prescription had been ordered by Dr. South for a urinary infection. I did not receive a message regarding this on my designated phone. Was there one on my mobile phone? I do NOT answer this phone, only for calls from my family. If so PLEASE only leave messages for me on this number: 330-836-2119. If I had not gone to make a purchase, I would not have known about the RX until perhaps next week because of the holiday. I am still not sure about the Portal program and will need more of an explanation on my next visit. Lois Reaven

Dr Mary was very thorough. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and she has wonderful bedside manners, even though I wasn’t in a hospital. She explains everything to where you know what she’s talking about. I feel when you walk in, the first receptionist wasn’t very friendly she apparently had a bad day, or was having a bad day, but once you go from there, everything is all sunshiny had a very good experience would certainly recommend her to anybody.

Everything was so clean and there was disinfectant products available to anyone who wipe off the toilet if you chose whatever and they had personal body wipes. Just everything was so nice and people were wonderful. I'd say it was about the cleanest doctors office I've been to. The only suggestion I have is maybe in the doctors waiting waiting room or patient rooms. They put a handrail on the wall for the handicap people so they can hold on while they take off their payes. I'm not real good with balance. And it would have helped me but that's a little thing everyone was great and so pleasant

I had no wait time, even though I was early, nurse very kind and concerned with getting correct information. I have seen Doctor South in past, came back for another issue. Very attentive, addresses issue that I am there for, and physical exam was very discreet.

Experience was exceptional. Doctor and staff were very helpful and friendly. Also was very happy that I had practically no wait time, neither in the waiting room or after being called back. This was the first time, and now have high expectations moving forward.

I was a new patient to Dr. South. It was clear that she was informed by my history when determining next steps after the exam. I was also able to avoid unnecessary duplication of previous testing, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. South clearly explained my conditions and options for treatment, including the pros and cons of each, and answered all of my questions. I was sent home with detailed information about my upcoming procedure and samples of medication needed to get me through until my symptoms were resolved from the procedure. She came highly recommended to me by my primary doctor and I feel very confident in her ability to treat my conditions very successfully. My only complaint is the digital registration, which I found out is new so I'm a little more understanding. I spent over a half hour completing the "paperwork" on my phone, only to find out that much of it (ex. list of medications) was not received by the doctor's office so I had to give it to them again during my appointment. Also, the digital registration requested a credit card for payment which it said that it would charge on the day of my appointment, but I was also asked to make my copayment in the office. But when I expressed concerns about being double charged, they were okay with me not making a payment at the appointment.

I have major Dr. Phobia. Dr. South immediately put me at ease. It was like talking to a friend. I was referred to her for prolapse surgery. She told me I didn't need surgery. That's an awesome Dr!

I was feeling abit hopeless, thinking there would be no relief in sight, but Dr. South immediatley understood what was happening and why. Wait time was minimal which unfortunately is not the case at most offices these days. The NP I saw (Meesha Caplinger) was very professional but also personable. She made sure she answered all my questions & concerns. This was the first time I had been seen by her and I liked her very much.

Experience was fine. I should have asked a few questions on what to expect after the treatment. I had a great deal of pressure in my bladder and barely made it to the bathroom to empty my bladder. I felt like I left the whole Botox treatment in the toilet. It has never been explained to me what to expect after the treatment. Overall experience was fine.
